First class from start to finish

Septic Tank Services installed a Sewage Treatment Plant at our house in North Connel. They were first class from start to finish. As we were away when the work was being done, my neighbour took a series of photographs showing progress and STS were very accommodating in this respect. Our house is one of a small group of houses up a private road and the works involved necessarily meant that the road was blocked at times during the works. STS again were very accommodating in providing access and egress for my neighbours as required. The works were completed within the timescale they had stated and the site left very tidy. STS are professionals in what they do and I would certainly recommend them.

I needed a complete Septic Tank replacement when I bought my new house. From our first meeting with Callum who talked us through the process and provided the quote to Aileen’s support from the Office to the guys that actually came and fitted the tank, every one of them has been professional, polite, good humoured and simply put, I genuinely cannot fault them. The team that came to replace the tank were a really nice bunch of guys who kept us informed throughout the process and were really good at what they were doing.
I don’t make a habit of leaving feedback as, usually, you pay for a service, you’re provided that service and that’s the end of the transaction.
However, when someone does a particularly bad job or a particularly good job then I feel it only fair to let other people know so that they can make a more informed decision when choosing a Service Provider.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Septic Tank Services to others and I will certainly be keeping their details for future services.

A first-class service

Installed a Sewage Treatment Plant for me following a period of emptying an old-style sewage container. Excellent service throughout. Everything is explained with further explanations if required. A first-class service with knowledgeable and experienced people. Highly recommended.

Great service

Thank you so much for such a great service you provided when we had our septic tank installed at the beginning of June. The work was carried out very professionally and quickly. The guys worked hard, were very tidy and extremely pleasant. The landscaping was an added bonus and the grass is growing back well after you seeded it on completion of the work! All in all we’re are delighted with the work from start to finish.

Great company, very knowledgeable young man arrived this morning to empty my septic tank after an emergency call on Friday, not only did he empty the tank but explained how it works and gave me advice going forward so I don’t run into the same problem again, very impressed from start to finish…

Excellent service from Calum and the whole team. We discovered a failed septic tank just before moving into our new home. STS managed to book us into a slot only a week or so after moving-in to dig out and replace whole tank and pipework. Fully comprehensive, quality service from whole team (4-of) with friendly and professional work throughout. They answered all our questions and were on-hand to answer any follow ups, even emptying our tank at 1st annual cycle. Highly recommended company.

Well what can you say…. It’s not a problem you really want to spend a lot of time talking about but boy oh boy when you have a problem you really want to find someone who understands the problem and is prepared to go the extra mile to get the problem sorted!

STS were fantastic! Ours was a complex problem, but from the moment Callum arrived I knew it would be sorted.

Our new system arrived on time and the guys worked tirelessly to get it up and running in double quick time! I couldn’t believe they got it done so efficiently. Great guys to have working for us really friendly and knowledgeable. Given the size of the job and the equipment they needed I was amazed just how tidy they left everything.

Overall I’d totally recommend septic tank services to anyone with a problem. 5 stars to the A team!!!
